Jean-Marc Voltini Director

A computer engineer with degrees from Supinfo International University and the European business school INSEAD, Jean-Marc Voltini started his career as a management consultant at KPMG Peat Marwick. After holding senior positions at Weidmuller and Expertel Consulting, he was named director of information systems at the CFAO Group, and later the Eiffage Group. Before joining the CNRS, he also worked with GIC Consulting, a consulting and outsourcing firm serving French companies. He has been director of the DSI since 2009.

Missions

The DSI designs and implements information systems for the management of CNRS operations. It provides maintenance and performance optimization for the IT and telecommunication networks. It defines, installs and manages the technical resources required for the IT and communication systems, and oversees their development as necessary. It promotes and coordinates synergies among IT platforms within the CNRS and its subsidiaries, and helps foster joint actions initiatives between the organization and its partners.
