This is the first announcement for a memorial symposium in honor
of our colleague Bernard Coqblin who passed away on 29 May 2012.
The symposium will be held on 5 and 6 September
2013 at Laboratoire de Physique des Solides (LPS) in the
Orsay campus of Université Paris-Sud. It is entitled
«Explorations in the world of correlated electrons in
solids» and topics will include the physics of Kondo systems,
frustrated magnetic phases, magnetic oxides, actinides, and
thermoelectric effects.
