The 'Solu-BioD' (nature-based solutions) exploratory PEPR

Nature-based solutions (NbS) are new strategies developed to respond to the current environmental crisis. They have great potential to provide effective responses to societal challenges like climate change and creating new jobs, improving human well-being and preserving biodiversity. Paradoxically, France hosts high-level international research into biodiversity but has fallen behind in the study of NbS. 'Solu-BioD' is an integrated programme that aims to unblock this situation by promoting the development of NbS as transformative responses to environmental change that are based on the potential of nature.
