Christophe CoudroyDeputy CEO for Resources

An exceptional grade civil administrator, Christophe Coudroy was appointed chief resources officer in February 2015. He had been heading the CNRS Human Resources Department since 2011. After attending the Institute of Political Sciences (Sciences Po) in Paris and the National School of Administration (ENA), Christophe Coudroy began his career at the French Public Service Ministry, before joining the Economy and Finance Ministry. He was then named general secretary of the National Institute for Prevention and Health Education (INPES), where he oversaw support functions such as human resources, budget, legal and IT issues.

Missions

The chief resources office r works alongside the President to implement the organization's administrative and financial policies. He is in charge of developing human resources and research support initiatives. To this end, and in close cooperation with the chief research officer, he draws on the know-how of the CNRS Institutes.
